Finishing works of single-family units (71), townhouse units (26) at Lions gate Housing Development, Egypt Extension Chaguanas. (including all electrical, plumbing, tiling and interior decorating works)
Interior Works
Construction of modern outfitted department stores and retail outlets, including Optometrist’s Today, Hip Hop fashions, True Value Supermarket. These works comprised of extensive gypsum, plumbing, electrical, joinery, tiling/flooring and specialized painting under impeccable supervision.
Metal Industries Company
Construction of Playground in Pleasantville, Painting of 5 Buildings at Point Fortin, construction of cafeteria at Arima.
REX KAR Limited
Construction of multiple warehousing facilities, which entailed all foundation work, electrical, plumbing, roof works and re-paving the entire car park.
